In so many aspects I was in the need of reading a book like that. Some of the stuff are common knowledge, but seeing it on a scientific context was great. Also that book referred me to "mindset" by Carol Dweck, a really nice complement to "Talent is overrated". Now I have on pipeline Coldwell's book, hope it is as good as the others.
